Why I Don’t Accept Insurance
I am a private-pay (cash-pay) therapist and do not accept insurance directly.

This decision is intentional and allows me to provide care that is:

For clients living with chronic illness or medical trauma, these requirements can feel intrusive or retraumatizing. Operating outside of insurance allows therapy to remain focused on your wellbeing rather than on meeting external criteria.
My Session Fee
The fee for individual psychotherapy is $225 per 50-minute session.

I intentionally keep my caseload smaller so sessions are not rushed and care can remain consistent.

Out-of-Network (OON) Reimbursement & Superbills
While I do not accept insurance, I am happy to provide superbills for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement.
A superbill is a detailed receipt you may submit to your insurance company. Depending on your plan, you may be reimbursed for a portion of the session fee.

Cancellation Policy
Because session times are reserved specifically for you, I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file before sessions begin. Your card will be charged:

Private-pay therapy is not accessible for everyone, and I respect that. If this model does not work for you, I’m happy to help you think about other options or referrals that may better fit your needs.
My goal is for expectations around cost and policies to be clear, so therapy itself can feel steady, respectful, and supportive.
